So many things have been taken out of context, and other OPINONS exaggerated beyond reality, from my explanation post, I'm going to respond simply by advising that Mount Washington Commission meetings are open to the public, other concerns can be addressed to DRED.

how can one State Parks employee, or now are you proposing that they keep a full engine crew up there 24/7 ?

There is already more than one full time employee up there year-round, at least 2 are certified firefighters, part of Gorham volunteer team. There is currently a certified master electrician. Mt. Wash self-funds, additionally through concessions.

Not all emergencies can have all aspects 100% ready-covered, at least it could be possible to quell something from becoming more serious.
