With snow coming in I bypassed the Table Rock trail, though it was very well broken out. Excellent firm packed trail up to the upper Table Rock junction. Lots of firm windslab in the open woods up to W Baldpate but trail was generally well broken out, with microspikes being my choice of traction--snowshoes could have been left in the car. The ledges were 95% free of snow/ice so crampons wouldn't have done any good, that is before this recent storm came in.
