[Adirondack Ladies]

Micro spikes all the way to Slant Rock - no problem with stream crossings. Took Shorey Shortcut - still used micro spikes - a couple of spots crampons would have been useful but not enough to bother with the switch.

Haystack trail intersection put on crampons and used entire way to summit. Ladders were icy but doable - the second large ladder you have to take a couple of steps on an edge with nothing to hold on to.

Snow amount is no more than 7-8 inches anywhere on the mountain.

All 3 are superb and bright color contrasting with the white.
Looks like you were using Microspikes instead of crampons.
