Route: from the Garden parking, up through Slant Rock, down via Orebed trail. Trail conditions perfect: dry trails, easily crossed streams, barely any bugs (a bit on the flat during the return).
A couple notes: The direction we went is easier for the small section below the summit of Saddleback, however many people came the other way (although not always happily!).
This was our first time doing these summits. Beautiful views from the summits, but for us, way too much time in the woods compared to view time, so I don't think I'll repeat this hike.
