Three folks climbed Basin on Sunday via the Garden and the Shorey Short Cut Route. There were several inches of new snow and lots of blowing snow, especially up high. Due to the winds we also took shelter in the wooded section of the trail just north of the open summit We were the only ones on Basin that day. Good luck.
