I agree, it looks terrible. OTOH - is the foundation deep? It looks like it could be a nice protection from wind and a decent place to sleep. With a little TLC ...

So here's what I discovered when I went up there. What's left of the tower. It looks terrible now. There's still glass and boards lying around there.
