Mt. Shaw Trail is in good shape with no blowdowns and reasonable crossings. Snow increased with elevation from 6" at the trailhead to more than knee deep up high. Trail is now broken but we got a good workout breaking it out in the deep, heavy stuff. Moose tracks everywhere above 2500'. No snowmobiles yet.
Snowshoes required.
Nice, comfortable day that went from deep blue skies to overcast very quickly while we were up there. Can't wait to ski it!
