Went up from Old Hollow to the Batavia Kill Trail and up Blackhead. Gorgeous hike until we hit a very nice lookout. From there the going was very slow and without crampons it should not have been attempted. My wife didn't attempt it, but I went up. It was a silly moood, but I summitted, saw the signs, and then very very slowly descended. This hike should not be done without crampons, it is dangerous.
