Date of Hike: 2/16/08
Trail Conditions: 1" of fresh powder on top of ice and 6-12" of crunchy snow. Snow varied from fully supportive to powder
Special Equipment Required: Snowshoes recommended. I wore stabilicers for the first 1.5 miles before switching to snowshoes
Comments: Views were phenomenal today. Solo all day, saw no other people or even tracks. 9.5 miles in just over 6 hours.
