Im rather new to the site so forgive if Im beating a dead horse but I dont seem to see any threads about good books that people have read pertaining to the woods, NH ect.................
I found out about a good book about logging and the old rail roads of NE back in the ghost town thread so I thought Id throw out a nice read I just finished.
A country life by Wiilam S Morse. It described in a somewhat comical fashion the joys and hardships of growing up in early 1900 in NE. He also has a book which Im yet to read called a Mix of years.
And of course theres Up Moosilauke by Jack Noon.
If anyone can add to this Id be thankful for Im in need of something different.,
