Trail Conditions: Wet, muddy, slick. Lots of rain in the past few days so the trail is quite muddied up. The stream crossings which are usually no problem are a bit tricky as the water is running high.
Comments: If you enjoy a bit of a challenge on a wet trail this is a great time to do Buck Mountain from Hogtown. I would not recommend the trail presently for a novice hiker or newbie as the wet roots and more tricky stream crossings could be a problem for an inexperienced hiker.
