Anyone ever done this? From the map it looks like it makes sense. Judging from old maps there was never a trail between the two. I'm wondering if it's impossibly thick in there. Maybe there's a minotaur.

hmmmm... maybe there's no reason to avoid the Attitash Trail after all :)

Dr. Wu the Attitash Trail is almost like a bw in some sections. It doesn't get any maintenance that I can see. There are a couple of "tricky" spots where you can easily lose it. But it is fun. I did it this spring and saw a huge cascade I had never read about in any WMG. I understand that it gets even more obscure beyond the summit of Big Attitash.

I would like to go up that way to Big Attitash and then BW to North Moat. It makes sense when you look at the map but I could be walking into a death trap! Then after North Moat, wander around the other moats and head out across Red Ridge, I guess. Sapblatt wants to be tortured with my wanderings.
