The old wagon road that leads to the Kilkenny Ridge Trail was poor at best. Lots of thorny blackberry bushes and briars closing over the trail. Once we hit the Kilkenny Ridge trail it was a bit wet but overall condition was excellent.
Cabot Cabin on the south end of the summit was in good shape made it out at 3PM to beat the Fish Hatchery gate 4PM closing.
