Trail Conditions: Both trails were in good shape. There were quite a few leaves down on Bunnell Notch, but they weren't at all wet and the footing was, for the most part, excellent (which made for fast going). The numerous small water crossings were all very easy.
Special Equipment Required: I was happy to have my hat and gloves, especially towards the top.
Comments: This hike was far more enjoyable than I'd anticipated it would be. Both trails were very pretty, and although the summit is entirely wooded in, the views from Bunnell Rock were quite lovely!
