Even this small mountain was still very winter-y. Snow and ice on most of the trail from the winter parking area (summer parking not yet open). I made it to within about a 100 yards of the summit and turned around because high winds threatened to blow me over. Beautiful rime ice on trees near the summit.
Equipment: I carried, but did not use Yak-Trax, Found hiking poles extremely helpful.
