Trail Conditions: Some minor muddy sections towards the bottom, and a touch of ice towards the top (negligible). Other than that, the trail was in wonderful conditon. Both water crossings were rock-hoppable.
Special Equipment Required: Lots of layers for the summit - It was very cold!
Comments: I couldn't have asked for a better day (or a better mountain) on which to finish my 48. The views from the Carrigain tower were simply surreal, and I met lots of lovely people on the trail, including two very nice hikers who gave me some very yummy Reese's peanut butter cups
. I'm still in shock about the fact that I've finally finished my 4ks...
