Carrigan: Parking Area on 302 - Plowed?

Is the Parking Area on 302 for Carrigan (Sawyer River Road) plowed? I have a 2WD Saturn -- is there A) room to park comfortably and B) is it plowed so that I won't get stuck?

They plow the lot off of 302 (which holds about 20 vehicles). I have been there many times in winter with no problems, but keep in mind that there are snowmobilers who also use it. If you want to avoid them just get an early start...

Thanks, Frodo! I was planning on a 6am start for Sunday -- now I just have to decide if I want to do Carrigan or The Bonds.

Such decisions. Too bad there's only one Sunday this weekend.

Just to confirm: I checked it out about 5hrs ago. Frodo's description is accurate. It was pretty empty (at 6:30pm).
