Date of Hike: 5/25/08
Trail Conditions: Nineteen Mile Brook to the hut was in good shape. A little bit of snow just before the summit of Carter Dome. There was four feet of snow in places on the way to Mt. Hight. The same going down to Zeta Pass. All other parts of the trails were in good shape.
Special Equipment: None other than sunglasses and sun tan lotion.
Comments: It was a beautiful day on the trail. Lots of nice friendly people. Warm sunny day and still some snow to play with. Sliding down some of the way to Zeta Pass was interesting. Great views from Mount Chocorua to Shawnee Peak in Bridgton to Evans Notch and all the way around to Mount Washington.
