19 mile Brook was a highway. Stayed at the hut on Saturday night and headed up over the Dome through deep new snow on the Carter Moriah Trail, that two folks ahead of us tracked out. The trail to Mt. Hight had not been tracked at all, and we skipped that, heading down the Carter Dome Tr to Zeta Pass, looping back to 19 Mile. I would suggest snowshoes to anyone who heads into this area anytime soon. Bob Hill
