Trails: 19 Mile Brook Tr., Carter Dome Trail, Carter-Moriah Tr.
Conditions: 19 Mile was a packed side walk. Hillsounds and Micros worked fine. From jct. up to Zeta and beyond, we used snowshoes. Carter Dome was well broken, but not fully consolidated to Zeta Pass. Carter-Moriah to the Dome was softer yet. From Zeta Pass to the South Peak pretty much the same. We left behind a beautiful snowshoe track in our wake. We cleared a few blow-downs. All stream crossings are snow bridged. Great day out with John G., June R., Bruce P., Steve M., Gary T., and Bob K. Congrats to Steve Moore today for finishing his Jan. Grid.
