Carter Dome via 19 mile trail

Left Sat at noon from 19 mile parking and went up nicely broken out trail to the hut. Many thanks to the folks who broke out nicely ahead of us...trail was in perfect condition. Stayed overnight at the hut. Woke up to mist and rain. Broke out trail from notch to Carter Dome and back down to 19 mile intersection in the wake of Leggo and his big sticks. I would describe those conditions, but they were deteriorating by the second with the rain...and by the time we got back to the car there were already some bare spots around on the trail. Snowshoes from beggining to end, and the requisite winter outerwear.
Trail from Wildcat to Carter notch had been broken on sat.
