Trail Conditions: Trail in fine shape, damp and slippery on the ledges at points but nothing too bad. Be sure to hit the trail early--there is only parking for app 3 cars on the Bangor Rd trailhead (I don't know if this is always the case--there is a bit of construction going on at the moment.)
Special Equipment Required: No special gear, but it was pretty buggy--DEET worked well, though
Comments: Incredible heat and humidity on Saturday made this hike much harder than it might have been. Typical New England: chilly, raw, and rainy and in the 50s one day, in the 90s less than 12 hours later.
