Trail conditions: Excellent, mostly very dry. One downed large tree about 400 yards from summit. Some other smaller downed trees and large branches on trail but nothing serious.
Special equipment: None, approach shoes are fine.
Comments: Black flies are very active now in sunnier warm spots, especially the summit area. Be prepared for that.
