Mt. Langdon Trail in good shape to the Jct. with Mt. Stanton and Mt. Parker Tr. From the Jct. to the shelter and beyond on the Stanton Tr. it was very overgrown and hard to follow in places. The first 200 ft. of climb on the Mt. Parker trail was also badly overgrown, but seemed to get better the higher one got. A lot of branches in your face along most of the trail. Bugs galore on Mt. Parker. Didn't spend much time there. Hot humid hike today with no other hikers on the trail. Bring plenty of water and bug dope. Found a pair of nice pair of deer antlers on Cave Mt. Some blowdowns but easy to navigate. 11 miles and 4000ft. gain. A good workout today.
