chimney mtn road in indian lake?

is this road open all the way to the trailhead and is it passable?

I'll answer my own question. Yes it is open. I was worried it would not be plowed after the storm. I met a local on the trail who said it is plowed year round. I think I will snow shoe it next year. I got scared becouse there was more snow in Speculator than indian lake, so on the drive up I thought the road would be covered over.
