July 10-13 ADKDREMN, Seth and myself hiked into Flowed Lands via UW. The day was beautiful and the temps were mild. We made it into camp and had dinner and pretty much hit the hay.

The next day it was cloudy and looked like rain. So much for great views I guess but it was still better than being at work :D Seth and I headed for Cliff while Andy went for Redfield. We kept in touch with the 2-way radios along the way.

After Cliff we headed for Gray and Skylight. I just wish we had views as these 2 summits looked to be awesome. The last time I visited these three peaks it was over 10 years ago. It was good to be back and help Seth get closer to his 46. He only has 9 left.

Here are my pics of the weekend. Enjoy!

Hi Adam,
Very nice photos! Some of these have awesome composition ...... your photog skills are really getting quite good.
Rob

PS - The photo titled "Mount Colden in the cloud" is neat ...... it looks like a volcano! :D

Thanks for the compliments! That one of Colden was taken from the summit of Cliff and were the only views we had of the day. When we were descending Gray the clouds turned to blue sky and the sun came out. It only lasted for like 10 seconds though :D

Hey Adam -

nice trip and spectacular pix  . Gonna definitely give some serious thought to tagging the NY 4ks after I retire. That date is a LONG way off, however. :(

Hope all is well, sir. :)

Regards,
marty
