Wow. She is a pretty prominent climber too. I've seen her in several North Face spots. Sounds like she was extremely lucky with the crowd that was around.

Looks like it was quite the whipper viewing the rope burn. As DayTrip already said she was lucky to be in such good company. Here is to healing both physically and mentally.
