The snow was firm and plentiful. The sky was blue. The sun was hot. The creeks were roaring.
Colvin is one of my favorite peaks. I love it when you get up on the ridgetop. Amazing views down to the lakes and across to the Great Range and Nippletop on the other side as well as Allen and the North River Range.
