Just to update mtnhiker's trial condition report: trail up Colvin and Blake much the same. About 2 inches around 3,500ft. to break, and about 4 inches from about 3,800ft. and higher. Trail still mostly broken and easy to follow. A firm base has been established, giving you something to bite into.
