Maintained the Coppermine Trail this past Saturday as this is my adopted trail. Did all the standard trail work stuff (cleaned waterbars, trimmed the brush, etc). I also added two blazes where the trail was causing some confusion.
Trail is now in excellent shape for both summer & winter users. No blowdowns to battle with.
Falls were flowing really well (higher than normal for this time of the year). Nobody appeared to stay at lean-to the night before or the night we were there, which was shocking considering it was a holiday weekend.
Gotta go back and find that Bette Davis plaque next time. Forgot to research it this time around and somebody along the trail reminded me of that.
