Date of Hike: 3/15
Trail Conditions: Trail was well packed to just above tree-line (i caught the group). Decided to trail them since the footpath was a bit wind blown and fluffy and they had more confidence in where the trail was. From summit to Hut was barebootable, but snowshoes would have been nice for about 300 feet. Cutoff was well packed, no tracks in the fresh snow, but mine and a zig zagging fox.
Special Equipment Required: wore stabilicers the whole time, snow shoes would have been nice but only for a couple sections
Comments: Map and Compass was nice to have since the summit was pretty clouded in and many side trails from wandering hikers caused a bit of confusion in finding the trail down to the hut. Once back below tree-line, trail becomes obvious again.
