8/30 Couch, Santanoni and panther.
Kudos to the great trail maintenence on the trail to couch. It is still a long way. Trail conditions some mud so a pole is useful. We went to times square first, did Couch and then panther. Then from Santanoni we went down the new/old trail. You must look closley to find it. There is no more flagging tape.
11.75 hours for me and 11.25 hours for my 13yr old son (he ran the last two on the gravel road) . Number 43 and 45 for me and 29,30 and 31 for my son.
