Generally, I thought the trails were a little sloppy on Saturday. We got a big rain in the High Peaks Friday night.
Trail up Dial & Nipple top was actually not that bad.
Trail to Colvin and particularly Blake was challenging due to the wet rocks.
Trail down from Blake was real sloppy. Lower Ausable Lake to Skylight via Panther Gorge was very wet. Herd Path up to Skylight qualifies as a small creek.
The range trail from 4 corners through Gothics was surprisingly not bad at all. It was wet, but really not bad at all, best conditions I had all day.
Almost forgot to mention, I won't say there were no bugs, but they were not bad at all for June!
