Interesting ARTICLE about the first couple to complete the American Discovery Trail in one continuous trek.
I would love to be able to take enough time off work to try a long distance trail like this (or the AT, or the CDT). My wife and I were joking that even if we hit the lottery, unless I wanted to hike solo, I would have to "share" some of our winnings with some VFTTers so they could take the time off too and join me on the hike. My wife hike for 6 months at a time? Never happen. But that's kinda good in a way ........ she can drive the new RV we buy with our winnings and meet us at the road crossings with fancy cuisine. OK, who's in if we win??
