Route Taken: Up Doublehead Ski Trail, over North Doublehead, then South Doublehad, then "New Path" down.
Conditions: 10-12 inches at base to 2-3 feet at top. Snowshoeable the entire distance. You could bareboot the entire thing as well, but you'd shouldn't because you'd ruin the nice track. The ski trail and the trail between the two summits was packed very well, but we broke trail down the "New Path". The "Old Path" (which we did not take) appeared to have been broken out nicely as well.
Equipment: Snowshoes. Stabilicers/Microspikes/etc. not needed.
This was my first time doing this loop and it was pretty awesome. Incredible views of Mt. Washington today.
