Ed Hawkins, who often goes by the nom d'email of Hiker Ed, has just finished his 65th loop of the New Hampshire 48.

3,120 peaks--a truly stunning accomplishment.

I wish Ed many more!

I've always said that no matter what you do there is someone who will do it bigger, farther, faster, better etc.

HOWEVER.....This accomplishment looks to me to be pretty hard to beat. Congratulations Ed, well done.

HE started serious hiking when he was not that young, but some hotshot may yet do 111x111
