For Flume Slide - Liberty section see bobandgeri report. We started after them and then cought up with that group at the Liberty. Be careful on the first two water crossings on Flume trail - one of us broke through a snowbridge and went knee deep.
We continued to Little Haystack from Liberty junction on snowshoes. The trail was fairly faint and is now a little clearer after three of us went through. Snowshoes were very helpful on that section and made for fairly fast going. Falling Waters is packed - bare boots is OK.
