Food...and maybe a pint

Hey,

Will be looking for some good food (foremost) and possibly a good pint in the Malta/Cambridge/Saratoga area in April...weekend of the Tour of the Battenkill.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Preferences:
1 - German/Swiss (am I pushing my luck here?)
2 - Good Burgers/American Pub fare
3 - Steak
4 - Italian

I'm sure you'll get lots of suggestions, but I'll start with a couple - for German food, there's the Spa Brauhaus on High St in Ballston Spa. Haven't eaten there, but it's been there forever and has a good reputation.

For Italian, lots of choices, but I really like Forno Bistro in Saratoga, top of commercial part of Broadway before it heads up to Skidmore. Lots of choices, reasonable, never been disappointed.

I'll let someone else chime in on steaks and burgers!
