Hi All, I have been MIA for awhile as i was finishing my degree with Saturday accelerated classes, am officially graduating 5/18! As they say, I'm back!
Am taking my son into Tucks, just the lower part on Sunday, although the weather is not looking great, but a promise is a promise. My question: He has winter snow boots as well as regular goretex hiking boots with low gaiters. I may start him in one then convert to the other, but any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks, ctsparrow

Thanks Dave, unfortunately, looks like the weather has completely tanked for Sunday. How long does the ski party go for in Tucks, or how long does your experience (or others) think it will go this season?...(nice video BTW)

There will be skiing up there until June. The amount of snow will get smaller as will the crowds, but Left Gully should be skiable for several weekends to come. The snowfields above the ravine will last until June as well. The question is how much effort are you willing to undergo to get less and less skiing?
