Franklin Falls Recreation Area

[Paradox]

Not hiking, but lots of trails, and I did have to push the bike up some short grades. The recreation area is a collection of trails adjacent to the Franklin flood control dam. The trails are lightly used, particularly at 8 in the morning. A great place to bring the family and the dog to hike, run, bike and play in the woods. The trails are maintained by the New England Mountain Bike Association.
