Hiked up the Roaring Brook trail to Giant Mountain and used my Tubbs snowshoes the entire way. I encountered numerous post-holes the entire way up to the junction with the Ridge trail which made the climb very difficult. The ridge trail was very well beaten and made the remainder of the hike a piece of cake!
Another great day in the Dacks.....JUST REMEMBER TO WEAR SNOWSHOES when you're in the deep stuff!
