Best Beta: This trail is not advised until snowpack clears out.
Intermittent trail from parking area to Diretissima, after which real trail peters out and we wacked through deep, uncosolidated snow to just below Glen Boulder where rocky areas begin.
Delightful walk up to Glenn Boulder.
Back into the trees, the true trail is undiscernable due to at least 8-10 foot snowpack.
Please don't follow our trail, it will lead you into the scariest spruce trap nightmare you have ever lived. At least 1/2 mile of double-digit traps, I lost count....snowpack giving way and falling in sometimes up to chest, even in snowshoes.
If you do follow, you will make the Davis Path, where you will curse our names for *all* eternity.
Down Boott Spur, much of the same, though not as bad nor as long.
No strength for Isolation this day.
