Trails: Notch Trail, Mahoosuc Trail (AT), Goose Eye Trail
Conditions: Success Pond Rd in excellent shape. All trailhead signage intact. All trails in amazing shape. The MATC does a superb job. Blueberries just starting, but a bit sour -- lack of rain?
Notes: Really wonderful sunny day in the sub alpine zone along my favorite stretch of trail, a hike I never tire of and was happy to share with many first timers today.
A great day in the woods with Rocket21,Tracey and Nyx, ADKnBVI (Mr and Mrs), Silverfox, Becca Munroe, and Terra and Pemi Aussie Puppy. Saw a few Nobos and a few section hikers today, great day to be out! Nice to bump into MTruman and Mrs MTruman at the end of the day.
