During the summer months, is there a fee to park at the AT lot in Grafton Notch?

Thanks. I wasn't sure because Grafton Notch SP says there's a fee but I didn't know if this lot was part of that.

Is the Grafton Notch lot being plowed during the government shutdown? It should be, as that's a Maine state park, right?
