Trail Conditions: pretty rock solid..barebootable for sure and when on the trail that's what I did..Bushwacked around a bit and snowshoes were a help as spots were solid then you could sink through the crust
Special equipment: on the trail hiking boots..off the trail snowshoes
Comments...Took a friend who wasn't looking for any vertical out for a few hours this afternoon..trail rock solid..some awesome ice in the river..very thick.. trails were solid and snowshoes a noisy hinderance...we cruised about some of the ridges a bit and places were hard but snowshoes needed..fun day
