Well-packed snow underfoot from Upper Works Parking Area all the way to the summits of all three mountains, with little ice and nary a spot of bare ground. Water crossings were all still solidly frozen over. We wore snowshoes throughout the climbs and had no problem. Other climbers coming from the Loj reported similar conditions on those trails. We also noted that the herd paths to Redfield and Cliff appeared nicely packed at their start and were being actively hiked. We have no idea if there were any difficulties requiring crampons or dicey snow bridges on those routes, however.
