Trails: Hancock Notch, Cedar Brook, Hancock Loop
Surface Conditions: Snow - Packed Powder/Loose Granular, Ice - Breakable Crust

Water Crossing Notes: Water crossings vastly improved from yesterday. Slushy/soft crossings in the AM had dried out and firmed up significantly by afternoon. Snow bridges not to be trusted. Two biggest crossings have log bridges.
Bare-booted to Cedar Brook. I believe the whole loop is bare bootable, very firm right now, but wore snowshoes because the water content made trails soft.
