Harriman State Park

has anyone been out to the park. can you tell me if there is any snow- enough to warrent snowshoes? I'd love to gp camping there, but i hate posthole in wet spring snow- I'd rather snow shoe it. Thanks

After today's rain snowshoes are totally unnecessary in Harriman. Just went over Long Mountain Parkway - only patches of snow to be seen.

All gone

Was out there this morning. Snow is pretty much all gone. Maybe north slopes and protected spots. Also some ice on the trails left from the hard pack of boots on snow. Mud and run off will be the deal for the next couple of days.
