Hike near Lake Louise.

My nephews and my son Jean-Philippe and I hiked up Saddleback and Fairview Mtns. near Lake Louise on a fine day in August.

From L. Louise to Fairview's summit it's about a 3 hour hike with 4000 feet of elly gain. Easy hike, major rewards.

Saddleback is a bit of a scramble and is best known for the straight drop off of it down to the lower end of Paradise valley.

Nice pictures. The lake is so tourquois, i have never seen anything like it. I remember hiking up to a glacier past the lake, must have been somewhere near those peaks.
