Hike Plans - 1/13 & 1/14/2012, Carrigain and The Wildcats

Plans have changed - see below!

Here's our rough plan for 1/13 & 1/14/2012.....


Friday – 1/13/2012 – Carrigain

Target on-trail time from the winter trailhead on Route 302 at the end of Sawyer River Road is 7:30am.


Saturday – 1/14/2012 – Wildcats (A & D, and the stuff in between)

Our first choice is a traverse from PNVC to NMB trailhead. Target on-trail time from PNVC is 8:00am.

If you are interested in the hike but would prefer a different approach, we are willing to ascend Polecat if it is open to hikers. (right now I don’t know the status)

Anybody want to join the fun?

We hike a moderate pace, which is around book time or a little more.

CHANGE OF PLANS...... Our Friday Target Has Changed


Here's our MODIFIED plan for 1/13 & 1/14/2012.....


Friday – 1/13/2012 – Tripyramids from The Kanc (Pine Bend Brook, etc.)

Target on-trail time from the trailhead on The Kanc is 7:00 - 7:30am.


Saturday – 1/14/2012 – Wildcats (A & D, and the stuff in between)

We'll hike a traverse from PNVC to NMB trailhead (Wildcat Ridge Trail end-to-end). Target on-trail time from PNVC is 8:00am.


Anybody want to join the fun?
